Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Exeter Center in Exeter, NH. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient nursing care, administer medications, and supervise patient care.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise unlicensed staff providing patient care.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
