As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes. Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report condition changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center.
