Job Description
The Elms, part of Genesis Healthcare, is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, providing efficient and effective nursing care to patients while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor conditions, and communicate changes.
- Assist in care planning and administration of medications and treatments.
- Supervise and support unlicensed staff in delivering patient care.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing school.
- Licensed LPN or pending licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
