Job Description
Wolfboro Bay Center is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a per-diem basis for day, evening, and night shifts. As an LPN under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver efficient nursing care, administer medications, and supervise patient care to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and observe conditions.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
