Job Description
The Elms is currently seeking Part Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. In collaboration with Registered Nurses (RNs), you will deliver high-quality nursing care to patients while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Assess patients/residents, monitor conditions, and report any changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and oversee patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
- Current or pending LPN licensure as per state regulations.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification (if applicable).
