Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Lebanon Center. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient nursing care, administer medications, and monitor patient well-being. This position offers flexible scheduling for day, evening, and night shifts.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as directed.
- Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
