Job Description
Join our team at Exeter Center, a 81-bed facility located in Exeter, NH, as a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on Days. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide efficient and effective nursing care to our patients, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and high levels of patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments following physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
