Job Description
Genesis Healthcare, a leading provider of healthcare services, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team. As an LPN at Genesis, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care, building relationships with patients/residents and their families, and contributing to positive clinical outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Deliver efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and report any changes.
- Assist in nursing assessments and care planning.
- Supervise and oversee patient care provided by support staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure as per State Board of Nursing requirements.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification is required.
