Job Description

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report any changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
