Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN
Granite Ledges of Concord is looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses - LPNs to join our team. Under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs), you will deliver high-quality nursing care to patients while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor unlicensed staff providing patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
