Job Description
Join the team at River Ridge Neurorehabilitation Center as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and make a difference in the lives of residents and their families. You will work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional nursing care and achieve positive patient outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Deliver efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes.
- Conduct patient assessments, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and administer medications as prescribed.
- Supervise and monitor care provided by support staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current State Board of Nursing licensure or pending LPN licensure.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
