Job Description
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Country Village. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care, contribute to care planning, administer medications, and supervise patient care. Position Highlights
- Evaluate and monitor patients/residents, reporting any changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise unlicensed staff providing patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current LPN licensure or pending licensure.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification.
