Job Description
Genesis HealthCare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join our clinical team. As an LPN with our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care, interacting with patients and their families, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Provide efficient nursing care with a focus on positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and report changes to the clinical team.
- Contribute to care planning and nursing assessments.
- Supervise and oversee care provided by support staff.
- Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
- Current LPN licensure or pending licensure.
- Preference for experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
