Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Day and Evening shifts at The Elms. Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients to collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Assist in nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
