Job Description
Maine Veterans' Homes is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to join our team at MVH - South Paris. Key Responsibilities
- Execute the functions of the Social Services Department in compliance with policies and regulations.
- Assure the emotional and social well-being of residents and families.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Provide counseling and support services to residents and families.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Social Worker (LSW) credential in the state of Maine.
- Experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
