LPN Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated LPN to join our team at Vocational Instruction Project Community Services Inc. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of the Nurse Manager to provide nursing care and support to our clients ensuring quality and cost-effective services.

Responsibilities

• Promote professionalism and cooperation in all client interactions.
• Administer medication following established policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of medications received and dispensed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality care.

Requirements

• Current NYS LPN License and Infection Control Certificate.
• Minimum one year of LPN experience, preferably in substance abuse treatment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in English language and computer skills.
