Job Description

We are hiring a dedicated Licensed Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join Charter Senior Living of Panama City Beach. As part of our team, you will be responsible for safely administering medications and treatments to our residents with professionalism and care during the Monday through Friday 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM shift.

Responsibilities

• Understand and accurately document on the 24-hour communication reports.
• Maintain resident alert status documentation.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident and staff information.
• Notify supervisors of resident condition changes.
• Assist with medication records and reordering, including monitoring and addressing discrepancies.

Requirements

• Valid LPN/LVN license in the state.
• Willingness to work with the elderly population.
• Proficiency in English; CPR certification.
• Background check required for employment.
