Job Description: Maintenance Technician Generalist

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician Generalist to join our team at Mayroad. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential properties and community assets to ensure their optimal condition. Responsibilities include responding to work orders, providing exceptional customer service, conducting routine maintenance, and performing emergency on-call services. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 3 years of residential maintenance experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on residential properties and community amenities.
• Respond to work orders promptly and provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to uphold property standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment, submit parts requests, and apply preventative measures to buildings.
• Enhance building appearance through various maintenance tasks such as painting and repairs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; relevant experience may substitute for education.
• Minimum of 3 years of residential maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to use a mobile work order app and communicate effectively with residents.
• Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
