Manager, Enterprise Security

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Manager of Enterprise Security to join Flexential, where you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and safety of our sites and assets. As a key member of the security team, you will lead initiatives, implement policies, manage staff, and oversee the design and maintenance of physical security systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage security staff and contracts.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
• Manage security budgets and expenses.
• Recruit, train, and supervise security officers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on security requirements for projects.
• Proactively improve security controls and strategies.
• Communicate security information effectively across teams.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of security management experience.
• Technical expertise in low voltage systems and security technologies.
• Budget management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7-10 years of project management experience.
• Experience with access control and video management systems.
• Certifications in IT and security-related fields.
• Proficiency in Genetec or similar system architecture.

Base Salary Range

$116,800 - $128,152 annually.
