Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated MDFR Specialist to join our team at Advanced Behavioral Health. As an MDFR Specialist, you will provide services on-site at various locations, participate in case consultations, and work with Hispanic youth and families in the substance use field. You will play a crucial role in promoting behavioral healthcare and adhering to best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver MDFR services on-site at designated locations.
  • Participate in DCF case consultations and service planning meetings.
  • Work with Hispanic youth and families with expertise in the substance use field.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in the substance use treatment field.
  • Certification as an MDFR Specialist lasting 9-12 months.
  • Compliance with health and vaccine requirements.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and safe driving record.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Skills

  • Knowledge of engagement services, substance use, and mental health.
  • Understanding of recovery and the stages of change.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
