Job Duties

• Provide direct psychiatric care and oversee behavioral health medical services.
• Manage administrative responsibilities including staff oversight, care delivery, and strategic planning.
• Maintain a critical mass of patients under direct care.
• Collaborate with other agencies and regulators to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD/DO) and Board Certification in Psychiatry.
• 10+ years of clinical experience and 4+ years in a management role.
• Valid medical license in Pennsylvania.
• Experience with psychiatric rehab, recovery model, and SMI population.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
