Job Description

Join our team at Upson Regional Medical Center as a full-time Med/Surg Charge RN working night shifts from 7P-7A for 3 shifts per week. As the RN Clinical Charge Nurse, you will lead the unit on your assigned shift, ensuring the safe and successful delivery of patient care. You will oversee daily activities, often taking patient care assignments, and serve as a valuable resource to the unit staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily unit activities to provide excellent patient care.
• Take on modified patient care assignments.
• Support and promote the delivery of safe, age-appropriate, and culturally aware patient care.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external resources.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg experience.
• Current RN license in the State of Georgia, BLS, ACLS certifications.
