Job Description

We are looking for an experienced OMHC Clinical Manager to join Kolmac, a leading Integrated Behavioral Health company. As the Clinical Manager, you will oversee the clinical and administrative operations of the mental health department, ensuring the highest quality of care and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing processes, including training, performance management, and staff development.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators to ensure program success and patient satisfaction.
• Lead Clinical Treatment Team meetings and provide supervision to clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and promote evidence-based, trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with internal teams and support professional growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a Behavioral Health field and independently clinically licensed.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/management experience in mental health.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and trauma treatment.
• Familiarity with state regulations and CARF standards.

Required Licenses

• Licensed as LCADC, LCPC, LCSW-C in Maryland.
• For VA/DC/PA candidates, must have LPC, LICSW, LCSW, or equivalent.
