Physical Security Customer and Facility Installation Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a diligent and experienced Physical Security Customer and Facility Installation Specialist to join Flexential, a leading company in the industry. In this role, you will work closely with the Physical Security Installation Lead Engineer to oversee and manage installation projects from start to finish, ensuring the effective implementation of physical security systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the installation of physical security systems.
• Serve as the main point of contact for installation projects and related issues.
• Manage installation schedules, procurement of equipment, and progress reporting.
• Evaluate system performance to prevent malfunctions and ensure effectiveness.
• Stay informed on industry standards and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 1-5 years of supervising vendors and installation projects.
• Experience with low voltage systems and related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of network configuration and security systems.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Proficiency in Change Management and Incident Management processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• ASIS Certification is a plus.
• Experience with access control and CCTV systems.
• Knowledge of network design and software applications.
• Relevant certifications in IT hardware and software are desirable.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Walk or stand for extended periods.
