Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Kettering Health Network team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality care for patients in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver comprehensive care to patients in diverse settings.
- Advocate for patient safety and well-being, including delegation of care and active participation in quality improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to the organization's mission, vision, and values in providing patient-centered care.
Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Additional certifications (ACLS, NRP, PALS) as required by unit standards.
