Responsibilities
- Receive admission and transfers to the unit
- Conduct systematic patient assessment
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation
- Interpret assessments and diagnostic data
- Promote quality improvement
- Respond to life-saving situations
- Provide patient education and support
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service
Credentials Required
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience
- Active RN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification, Physical, and TB/PPD screenings
- Verifiable work history and professional references
