Job Description
As a Registered Nurse at Upson Regional Medical Center, you will have the opportunity to work full-time nights (7P-7A) for 3 shifts per week. In this role, you will serve as the RN Clinical Charge Nurse, overseeing daily unit activities to ensure the safe delivery of patient care. You will take on modified patient care assignments and play a key role in maintaining excellence in patient care. Additionally, you will act as a valuable resource for other unit staff, demonstrating clinical expertise and upholding nursing practices and ethical standards. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders is essential in this position.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg experience.
- Current RN license in the State of Georgia, BLS, ACLS certifications.
