Responsibilities
- Receive admission and transfers to the unit
- Conduct initial and on-going systematic patient assessment
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation
- Interpret assessments and diagnostic data
- Promote continuous quality improvement
- Respond to life-saving situations
- Act as a patient advocate and provide education and support
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent Registered Nurse (RN) experience
- Active RN license
- CPR/BLS certification, Physical, and TB/PPD required
- Verifiable work history and professional references required
