Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based care plans and educate patients in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Conduct thorough nursing assessments to identify health issues and communicate findings effectively.
• Work with patients and interdisciplinary team members to establish goals and strategies for care.
• Supervise and support clinic team members, ensuring quality care and services.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare patients for examinations, and administer treatments.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• 1-3 years of experience in direct patient care.
• Active BLS/CPR and RN licenses.
• Excellent knowledge of professional nursing practices and standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in emergency situations.
