Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse Unit Manager (RN UM) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Seaford, DE. As a Registered Nurse Unit Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring quality patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations to uphold a positive professional image.
- Independently manage daily operations with attention to detail and superior knowledge of nursing practices.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification issued through the American Heart Association.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and a valid RN license in the state of practice.
- Preferred healthcare training or experience.
