Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Women and Children's Unit at Central Vermont Medical Center. Join our team of experienced professionals in providing collaborative, high-quality, and family-centered care to our patients.
Unit Description
Our Women and Children's Unit comprises 4 LDRP suites, inpatient rooms, observation rooms, and an Operating Room. You will work alongside board-certified OBGYNs, Certified Nurse Midwives, labor and delivery nurses, lactation consultants, and perinatal technicians. Our unit fosters a supportive environment for both personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and comprehensive care to women and children.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Adhere to best practices in labor and delivery.
- Participate in on-call duties as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience.
- Valid RN license.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
