Resp Ther Team Leader - Respiratory Care - Kettering - FT/Days

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Resp Ther Team Leader to join our Respiratory Care team at Kettering Health Network. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing high-level clinical respiratory care, demonstrating exemplary leadership, and embodying the values of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-level clinical respiratory care under indirect technical supervision.
• Act as a role model for the organization's mission, vision, and values.
• Supervise and motivate team members to ensure effective and efficient performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• RCP licensed in the State of Ohio.
• BS in Respiratory, Education, or Business preferred.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience with strong technical, leadership, and education skills. Ability to collaborate with a team and excellent communication skills are essential to this role.
