As a key member of our organization, you will oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle for the Great Falls Market, ensuring the achievement of department goals and objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of revenue cycle management and leadership experience in a large multi-facility healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Define and provide support to achieve revenue cycle goals.
• Manage billing, claims follow-up, collections, and revenue integrity.
• Act as a subject matter expert on revenue cycle best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or health administration.
• 5+ years of progressive Revenue Cycle Management experience.
• Knowledge of hospital and physician practice operations.
• Strong skills in establishing effective relationships and analytical reporting.
