RN or LPN - In-Home Care

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated RN or LPN to provide 1:1 care for pediatric and young adult clients in Lynnwood and Everett. This position involves working day and night shifts on a full-time basis. As a part of Alliance Nursing, you will deliver critical nursing services to individuals with complex medical and developmental conditions, including mechanical ventilation and tracheostomy care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients following the nursing process.
• Interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Maintain clinical competency and respond promptly to changes in patients' conditions.
• Participate in training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Basic Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN or LPN license without restrictions.
• Or current Multi-State License from a participating Compact State.
