Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated RN or LPN to provide 1:1 care for pediatric and young adult clients in Lynnwood and Everett. This position involves working day and night shifts on a full-time basis. As a part of Alliance Nursing, you will deliver critical nursing services to individuals with complex medical and developmental conditions, including mechanical ventilation and tracheostomy care.

This role requires strong assessment skills, quick decision-making abilities, and a compassionate approach towards patients' needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients following the nursing process.
- Interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Maintain clinical competency and respond promptly to changes in patients' conditions.
- Participate in training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Basic Qualifications
- Current Washington State RN or LPN license without restrictions.
- Or current Multi-State License from a participating Compact State.
