RN or LPN - In-Home Care

Job Description

We are looking for compassionate RNs or LPNs to join our team at Alliance Nursing, providing 1:1 care for pediatric and young adult clients in Tacoma and Graham. Day and night shifts are available, up to full-time positions. Our critical nursing services focus on patients with complex medical and developmental conditions, including mechanical ventilation and tracheostomy care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients using the nursing process.
• Interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Demonstrate quick decision-making and excellent assessment skills.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements

• Current Washington State RN or LPN license or Multi-State License from a participating Compact State.
• Compassionate and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing patient conditions.
