Job Description

Alliance Nursing is currently looking for an RN or LPN to provide 1:1 care for trach/vent reliant pediatric clients in Puyallup and Graham. This role offers flexible day shifts with a focus on critical nursing services including private duty nursing for individuals with complex medical and developmental conditions.

We prioritize collaboration, excellence, and wellbeing, ensuring that our team cares for both patients and each other. As a nurse with Alliance Nursing, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care by conducting assessments, planning interventions, and maintaining professional standards while working closely with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Strong assessment skills, nursing judgment, and quick response to changes in patient conditions are crucial.

Basic Qualifications

• Current Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license without restrictions.
• Or current Multi-State License from a participating Compact State.
