Job Description
Green Source Automation LLC, located in Jerome, Idaho, is currently hiring a Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician to join our team in Michigan. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing robotics systems in the dairy industry. Duties include regular preventative maintenance, part replacements, and ensuring system functionality.
Responsibilities
- Perform biweekly preventative maintenance on all robotics systems.
- Conduct weekly brush changes and monthly maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
- Maintain and service robotics systems in dairy facilities in various locations.
- Interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics for troubleshooting.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies.
Requirements
- Experience in PLC-based controls design and implementation.
- Strong mechanical aptitude for replacing parts and addressing technical issues.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and PC applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Capacity to work around chemicals and follow safety protocols.
- Flexible schedule for on-call duties and varied work hours.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
