SOCIAL WORKER

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. In this full-time position based in Baltimore, MD at Levindale Hospital, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and their families, addressing various common issues. Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments.
• Support patients/residents and families with coping strategies for institutional living.
• Provide counseling on medical diagnoses, discharge planning, and end-of-life discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required; Master's degree preferred.
• LCSW-C preferred; LGSW certification a plus.
