Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join our compassionate team at LifeBridge Health. As a Social Worker, you will provide invaluable clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families, addressing various challenges they may face. This full-time position is based at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD.
Responsibilities
- Offer clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families.
- Address common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and end-of-life counseling.
- Assist with discharge planning and provide support related to aging and medical treatments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) required; Master's degree preferred.
- Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C) preferred.
- Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) designation.
