Solutions Architect II

Job Description

We are looking for a Specialist Solutions Architect II to join our team at Flexential. As a Specialist Solution Architect, you will have a deep understanding of technology and industry services related to specialties such as Cloud Services, IT Security, Data Protection, Networking, Professional Services, and more. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise, presenting complex solutions to customers, and collaborating with sales and support teams to drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions

• Consult and collaborate with SEs and SAs on technical issues.
• Support sales and support teams with technical expertise and design suggestions.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
• Assist in formal presentations and attend technology conferences as an industry expert.
• Provide recommendations and solutions for non-standard products and services.

Required Qualifications

• 9-11 years of B2B Sales or support experience in the IT industry.
• Technical expertise and success in consulting or managed IT services.
• Strong knowledge of specialty areas including Data Centers, Cloud Platforms, Security, and more.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical issues into business solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to work both in an office environment and remotely.
• After-hours networking and occasional travel may be required.

Base Pay Range

$126,000 - $170,000 annual salary range.

Variable Pay

Discretionary annual bonus based on personal and company performance.
