Job Description
We are seeking a talented Specialist Solutions Architect with expertise in large-scale Cloud and Managed Services, IT Security, Data Protection Services, Networking, Professional Services, and Hyperscale Cloud. As an industry expert, you will consult with SEs and SAs, provide technical expertise, and design innovative solutions to address customer business issues. You will maintain in-depth knowledge of product offerings and industry trends, present at industry events, and contribute to internal and external content creation.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
- Consult with SEs and SAs on complex technical areas.
- Support sales and support teams with design suggestions and technical expertise.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and technologies.
- Attend and present at technology conferences.
- Lead workshops, run customer sessions, and support marketing initiatives.
- Provide training and assistance in tool development.
Required Qualifications
- 9-11 years of B2B Sales and/or support in the telecom, co-location, and/or managed hosting industry.
- BS and/or MS in an IT-related field preferred.
- Proven success in consulting in the managed IT services field.
- Strong technical grasp and ability to translate complex issues into solutions.
- Detail-oriented, excellent communication skills, and strong knowledge of relevant technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work in various environments and travel as needed.
- Physical requirements as necessary for the position.

Base Pay Range
Annualized salary range: $126,000 - $170,000, based on experience and qualifications.
