Job Description: Supervisor - Autism Day Treatment

We are seeking a dedicated Program Supervisor to join St. David's Center in Minnetonka. As a Program Supervisor, you will provide clinical and administrative supervision, ensuring excellent services and achieving targeted caseload enrollments. You will oversee clinical documentation, compliance, and program development, focusing on client and family needs, evidence-based practice, and outcome tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical & administrative supervision to Mental Health Professionals, Practitioners, Interns, under Program Director's guidance.
• Ensure compliance with governing statutes and contract requirements.
• Lead and develop the Autism Day Treatment Program, meeting client and family needs.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family, or Social Work.
• LICSW, LMFT, LPCC or LP licensure through the State of Minnesota.
• 2 years post-master's experience with mental health services for children with autism.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Board approved supervisor status.
