Trauma PI Coordinator (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Trauma Performance Improvement Coordinator (RN) to join our team at the Medical University of South Carolina. Reporting to the Trauma Program Manager, you will oversee the process improvement program, ensuring compliance with trauma care standards set by the American College of Surgeons and SC DHEC for Level One Trauma Centers. You will be responsible for identifying and investigating variances in patient care and system issues related to MUSC trauma protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred, with a minimum of an Associate's degree in Nursing.
• Prior experience in trauma care and performance improvement.
