What You Will Learn

As part of our team, you will work alongside experienced professionals in various aspects of video production, including camera operation, lighting, audio, stagecraft, and content creation. The Mills James Pre-Professional Program is designed for recent college graduates to gain valuable on-the-job experience in preparation for a career in communication and production. You will work 30-40 hours per week and have the opportunity to showcase your initiative and willingness to learn, enhancing your market value.

Job Responsibilities

• Set up and dismantle production equipment.
• Operate video cameras, lighting, and audio devices.
• Engage in location scouting and offer creative input.
• Capture high-quality video and photography during events.
• Learn proper care of equipment and manage digital assets.
• Collaborate with senior videographers and meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a positive attitude and ensure video content quality.
• Observe safety protocols and provide logistical support.
• Undertake additional duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Operational knowledge of video recording tools and editing software.
