Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Youth Counselor to join Mount Prospect Academy in Campton, NH. As a Residential Youth Counselor, you will play a vital role in supporting and guiding at-risk youth towards a brighter future. You will provide mentorship, facilitate social/recreational activities, and deliver essential care to help residents reintegrate into the community.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor students, guiding them in appropriate behavior and crisis management.
- Implement social/recreational activities and involve residents in programming.
- Provide care and educational support based on individual treatment plans.
- Teach daily living skills, meal preparation, and social activities.
