Job Description
We are looking to hire a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, loading and unloading merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to inventory counts. Your collaboration with peers and warehouse leadership will be essential to ensure a smooth workflow and achieve operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Cooperate and communicate with peers, suppliers, and management.
- Provide feedback to enhance warehouse processes.
- Inspect products for quality and safety.
- Follow safety guidelines and report any issues.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
- Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
- Detail-oriented, follows instructions, and works well in a team.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
- Move merchandise and operate industrial equipment.
- Work in varied temperatures and environments.
