Director, Statistical Programming (Remote)

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director of Statistical Programming to join our global biopharmaceutical team. As the Director, you will manage product leaders, oversee clinical studies, and plan operational aspects of new studies. Your responsibilities will include supporting Integrated Data Analytics, statistical analysis, and ensuring compliance with SOPs for quality deliverables. We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in statistical programming in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee clinical analysis reporting leads for timely execution.
• Collaborate with key functions to ensure strategic goals are met.
• Lead process improvement projects and promote adoption of new technologies.
• Manage statistical programming budget and resources effectively.
• Develop and implement performance requirements for the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• 15+ years of statistical programming experience in Pharma/Biotech.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing CROs or FSPs and knowledge of drug development regulations.
• Proficiency in SAS programming and willingness to adopt new software.
