Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Analytics & Insights to play a pivotal role within the Analytics & Insights team. This position involves leading the application of advanced analytics methodologies, such as predictive analytics and machine learning, to generate innovative insights and actions. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights and analysis, contributing to brand and market performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Shape and communicate analytics-driven recommendations to support business decisions.
• Apply cutting-edge analytics methodologies to identify performance drivers and opportunities.
• Implement analytical solutions for business opportunity assessments and promotion response analysis.
• Contribute to strategic meetings, analyze market metrics, and provide key insights to business leadership.
• Represent the voice of the customer by understanding market trends and synthesizing primary and secondary data sources.
• Collaborate on analytical support for brand planning, patient segmentation, and promotional effectiveness analyses.

Requirements

• BA or BS in Life Sciences, Business, or Mathematics; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in strategic analysis, planning, and analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel and Tableau.
• Track record of collaboration and adaptability in a dynamic business environment.
• Experience with pharmaceutical data sources like Symphony, IQVIA, and EHR.
• Ability to influence senior management and key business partners.
