Job Description
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Analytics & Insights to join our global team dedicated to transforming the lives of patients with innovative medicines. As the Associate Director, you will lead advanced analytics methodologies to generate strategic insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive impactful projects to support business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead in applying cutting-edge analytics methodologies for generating insights and actions.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional leadership teams to provide strategic insights and analysis.
- Shape and communicate data-driven recommendations to support business decisions and plans.
- Contribute to brand executive review meetings and investor calls.
Requirements
- BA or BS in Life Sciences, Business, or Mathematics; MBA preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in strategic analysis, planning, and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of tools like Excel and Tableau.
- Experience with pharmaceutical data sources such as Symphony and IQVIA.
Work Environment
- Office environment with occasional mobility and computer operation.
- Potential work outside of regular hours and occasional public contact.
