Senior Manager, Medical Affairs - Training & Excellence

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Manager, Medical Affairs - Training & Excellence to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals. This individual will play a crucial role in executing the US Medical Affairs (USMA) training objectives, strategy plan, learning programs, and field excellence. The position requires building strong relationships with key partners in a highly matrixed team environment and utilizing scientific expertise in assigned therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with USMA Training and Excellence team and internal stakeholders to create scientific training curriculum.
• Develop strategic training plans for the USMA teams and ensure continuous education.
• Facilitate onboarding of new team members and support field-readiness.
• Maintain updated training content for assigned therapeutic areas and disease states.
• Evaluate and adapt training programs to maximize adult learning.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Science or Medicine - PhD, PharmD, or MD.
• 3-5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, with field experience preferred.
• Expertise in Jazz therapeutic areas is a plus.
• Strong understanding of training and excellence needs in Medical Affairs.
• Experience in adult learning education and delivery of learning programs.
• Excellent presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Salary

The base pay range for this position is $148,000-$222,000, with additional benefits such as medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k retirement plan, and more. Jazz Pharmaceuticals is committed to providing fair and competitive compensation aligned with your expertise and contributions.
